Raluca Balan Raluca BALAN is a postdoctoral researcher at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca and a fellow of the International Society for Research on Aggression. Her research interests focus on bullying behavior among children and adolescents, more specifically risk factors. and the mechanisms at multiple levels (children, parents, peer group, teachers) that underlie bullying behavior, as well as the development of scientifically validated anti-bullying programs. At the same time, she is interested in the integration of digital technology in the delivery of psychological services for children and adolescents.

University Professor Dr. Anca Dobrean is a psychologist specializing in clinical psychology and psychotherapist (in rational-emotive and behavioral therapy and behavioral therapy), certified by the Romanian College of Psychologists.
